The restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed in our room was extremely comfortable. The valet service was always available and willing to assist us. Our room was spotlessly clean and had great amenities like climate control, a private safe, and a seating area. The food at the restaurant was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.

Nice hotel and Security is very friendly.
It took 15 minutes to get my luggage and the it took the staff 15 minuted to get my bags from the taxi. The safe did not work initially.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The friendly and helpful staff made our trip less stressful and more enjoyable. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We loved the location, as it was within walking distance of the Galleria Mall and Walgreen's. The hotel provided free water bottles daily and had a convenient shuttle service. the best aspects were the cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location for shopping and transportation.
